The ticket clearly states to arrive 10 minutes early and that NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. So I arrived at 09:15 for the 09:30 tour, exactly as instructed—only to be left standing outside in the freezing cold. I thought maybe we needed to arrive early to get equipped with audio devices or receive instructions, as is the case in some other museums—but nothing like that happened. When I asked why we had to come early if we couldn’t even enter, the guard told me that the “arrive 10 minutes early” rule simply means to stand in the line outside. Ridiculous. If that’s the case, they should just say so! Completely unwelcoming and poorly managed. And the worst part? People arrived late and were still admitted! So why impose strict rules and scare customers if they don’t even apply? Terrible organization, unfair treatment, and a frustrating experience overall.

Hello, I unfortunately was unable to make the tour due to the bridges and trains being closed down for the Notre Dame grand opening. Security was on high alert and was blocking anyone from crossing over the Seine. Please can you refund the $74.88 booking fee? Booking information, 1587221341 was paid on 12/5/24.
