Dear Eliza, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. We’d like to clarify that our driver was waiting outside, in the designated area. We’re not sure why you were waiting inside the ship, but this may have caused the confusion. For future reference, our staff is instructed to wait at the designated meeting point within the access permitted by the port authorities. Please note that our driver also took the initiative to call you when you had not yet arrived at the agreed time, showing concern and willingness to assist. Regarding the guide in Florence, our guides are certified professionals, and we’re genuinely surprised to hear that you were not satisfied with your assigned guide, as she has consistently received excellent reviews from other guests. Nevertheless, we take all feedback seriously and have discussed the matter directly with the guide, who told us she did her best to assist your group — even meeting you at a café to allow for a short break during the tour. As for the Pisa portion of the tour, we aim to provide guests with free time to explore the area at their own pace. That day, there was a major sporting event taking place in Pisa, which was unfortunately beyond our control. While we understand the inconvenience it may have caused, we are not responsible for events organized by the city. Before drop-off, our driver clearly explained what to do, where to go, and provided suggestions on what to see during the free time. We also understand you enjoyed watching and photographing the athletes, and even told our driver that you had fun. The free time allotted is one hour, during which each guest is free to engage in any activity of their choice.
