First I will start the review by stating I am an extremely organized vacation planner and have booked probably over 30 excursions for our family of 6 and have NEVER had any problems until now. Morning of the tour, I confirmed with tour operator on WhatsApp that we were meeting in front of the Royal Palace (as the description states) and he confirmed meet up location. A few minutes after the tour was to start I messaged him asking where he was. He only then sends me his live location and he’s about 1/4 mile away. We head to his location, but he has begun the tour so basically we keep “chasing” him. Making it further aggravating, his location would “freeze” and show last known location “7 minutes ago”. This continued for about 45 minutes. He offered us to join afternoon tour but because of our cruise departure time that wouldn’t work. I kindly asked for a refund and he did not respond. I requested a refund through TripAdvisor and it was declined. I’m posting screenshots of my WhatsApp conversation with tour operator. So, before you book this tour, ***be warned.*** Our family missed an opportunity to tour Oslo, and we’re out $360. Last, moving forward, I will book directly with larger tour operators. Done with TripAdvisor. Both TripAdvisor and the tour operator are totally unprofessional.

This was a great walking culture and history tour! Anders was our guide, and he was very enthusiastic and informative. We learnt so much about Norwegian culture and Oslo history. At the end of our walk we went to an amazing old restaurant for a lunch of traditional Norwegian dishes - really good food.

Very informed explanation for various architectures around the city. The walking tour is well structured and articulate. The food is tasty and norway signature. The restaurant is housed with a historical significant builiding with beatuiful ceilings.
