What a disappointment. The guide, whilst nice enough, had very poor English and told us very little. At one point we walked for ten minutes without a speaking. No interest in us and gave us no historical information or any background information. Part of the trip was to a souk were we walked around five shops where we were given the hard sell by his friends. We spent most of the time looking enviously at other guides and trying to listen to their information. So disappointing and overpriced….

We had a great day with Amid. He met us at our Riad and walked us around the Medina. We saw many of the sites and learned a lot of the history of the city as well as Morocco in general. He took us right to the front of the line at the sites that required tickets and we never had to wait. He was kind and very knowledgeable.

Great and informative tour guide spoke great English . Would of hoped to see more of the medina then just the shops and the palace. It was a good tour but for €65 very overpriced for 2 hours. Entrance to the palace also not included

Great experience, and a very good guide. One of our best walking tours ever! The right balance of history, souks, and culture.
Go to the colourful Souks with their herbalists’ stalls, tinsmiths, workshops, and dyers; finishing at Djemaa El Fna square, a place in which hundreds of locals have a meeting every day to listen to the storytellers, musicians and watch the snake charmers, acrobats, jugglers and performers of each and every different kind.
The daily commercial life of the Medina will be experienced by you as you will be led through the labyrinthine Souks, really get to know both the crafts of the country, people and more.
The Souks of Marrakech are undoubtedly the most colorful and the most interesting in Africa. You will make new friends and a very good understanding of the Moroccan culture through discussions with artisans, different visits and shop-owners, and dedicated thorough tours of different sections of the Souks of Marrakech.
Bahia Palace is considered one of the grand palaces of the Moroccan city of Marrakech, or what is called the Red City. Created by Minister Ahmed bin Musa, in the 19th century, to commemorate the name of his wife, “Bahia”, and today it is an artistic masterpiece dating from the splendor of Moroccan architecture of Andalusian character which overflows with its civilizational manifestations, in particular What you tell about the secrets of ancient history.
The Koutoubia Mosque is the largest mosque in Marrakech, Morocco. The mosque is also known by several other names, such as Jami ‘al-Kutubiyah, the Kotoubia mosque, the Kutubiya mosque, the Kutubiyyin mosque and the booksellers’ mosque. It is located in the southwest medina district of Marrakech. The mosque is decorated with curved windows, a ceramic strip, pointed merlons and decorative arches; it has a large square with gardens, and is lit at night.
