Overview
Put yourself in the shoes of a professional racing driver revving a 3000cc V6 engine. This race-worthy engine was developed specifically for the circuit by high-performance Formula 1® engineer Cosworth. Get a grasp of the inner workings of this racing car and experience truly sensational performance firsthand. You’ll be in charge of the paddle shifters, which help shift the gearbox up and down. Two onboard video cameras will capture your drive and allow you to re-live the action later on.Once you register upon arriving at gate 7, you will be given a wristband and shown to the Drive Yas briefing room where a Senior instructor will introduce you to the car and play a detailed safety briefing. A member of staff will take you to the pit garage and fit you with a helmet and balaclava, then introduce you to your instructor who will fit you into the car and make you comfortable as he explains the controls. Drive out of the pit lane to join the track and drive for 20 minutes with your instructor showing you how to improve your driving technique. Then you will return to the pit lane, remove your helmet and chat with your instructor for a quick debrief.

- For guests staying outside Abu Dhabi, a negative PCR test will be required at the border
- Experience driving like a professional F1 driver
- All drivers should hold a valid driving license from their home country or international driving license. For non-UAE license holders, drivers should have held their license for at least two years and must be able to present their original driving license or a clear copy on the day of the experience. If a manual car is requested by the customer, their license needs to cover this.

- Participants must have excellent knowledge of manual transmission gear type

- Optional extra insurance is available for AED 200 at the time of registration
