A river cruise is an easy and pleasant way to avoid the busy roads of the city center while admiring the beauty of Oxford's most famous spots, bridges, water meadows and other top attractions!Let the quiet countryside surround you as the boat takes you down the river. You'll be able to hear commentary from your professioal skipper along the way and you'll get to learn about the famous landmarks and buildings that Oxford has to offer including Christ Church College and Meadows, the University rowing houses and regatta course, as well as Folly Bridge.Take in the views as you head towards the delightful village of Iffley, and you'll also be able to see a section of the Thames known as the Isis, which is one of the liveliest and most vibrant parts of the river! - Please note there is no parking available onsite: The closest car park is the Westgate Center Car Park which is a 5-10-minute walk away from The Folly (typically £5 per 3 hours)
- The Folly, Redbridge Park and Ride is the most convenient service (south of Oxford accessed from A34 and A423). Once parked take the number 300 bus to the third stop referred to as The Police Station which is a 3-minute walk away (currently £2 for up to 24 hours parking and £2.70 adult return fare)
