It’s difficult to give this trip a single star rating. The boat trip and views of the tower were amazing. I went with my two teenage daughters at sunset, got some amazing pics/vids of the ET at night and we will have life long memories. However, despite purchasing a ticket beforehand we still had to queue for about two hours during the May heatwave with little information about what was happening, there was nothing to eat or drink on the boat as the vending machines were out of order and there were no crepes in site. So I would give the Experience 5 Stars and the Service 1 Star

My daughter is sixteen and I had so much trouble getting the QR code we got stuff at the reader it was awful so many text and information but not the QR code easily found

I paid for my tickets with Creped in advance, and unfortunately, I still had to stand in the long line to pick up my tickets. I showed the staff my voucher, and unfortunately, they could not find it. They kindly issued me tickets anyway, but then without crepes. My conclusion is that you can buy tickets on-site.

River cruise was great. Saw a lot of famous sites and got some wonderful pictures. got the royal run around to find the crepe place. Never did find it. Just went to a place right across the way and bought our own 5 euro each. Should have listened to the other people reviews. Would be a 5 star review if not for that wasted walking.
