Amazing food made with a lovely host

I have been in Italy for almost two weeks now, travelling to many areas for incredible culinary delights. The meal that Beatrice and I made was by far my favourite. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable with her. She was so knowledgeable about the food and traditions and it was lovely to learn from her. If you have the opportunity to take a cooking class with Beatrice, DO IT! It was such a gift.
