This is a great opportunity to take a refreshing break from the daily routine and spend a few hours down the Nidelven river in Trondheim. what_is_included: • Double kayaks, ( single kayaks for solo paddlers) • All necessary safety equipment • Transport of the kayak • 20min about paddling techniques and rules check_in_details: Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your trip! what_to_bring: Please keep in mind that even though the weather can be hot, the water temperature can be much lower. To prevent hypothermia we recommend to wear a dry or wetsuits in winter season. Dress according to weather, season and water temperature. Wear light shoes. In winter (from Desember to May 1st) all need to rent a dry suit to paddle down the river. What to wear in winter time: Wool underwear, wool sweater, gloves, hat, winter shoes if you have shoes who are bigger a bit choose those ones. In summer time use suncream, have sunglasses, water to drink and a hat to cover head. Wear light shoes. If you will get some splashes from paddels take some extra change of clothes. disclaimers: We do not have possibility to transport people back to the start point, it is possible either to take a buss (, city bicycles or walk (40min).
