Overview
Meet your group in a central location and embark on your walking and tasting tour through Nassau.
Get off the Bahamas tourist trail and visit some beloved downtown eateries where you'll learn local cooking secrets from the chefs and entrepreneurs who are at the heart of Nassau's culinary scene.
Stop and sample delicious food in a variety of venues, including a family-owned Bahamian soul-food restaurant, an art gallery and craft cocktail bar serving up locally inspired dishes, and more.
Between tastings, you’ll wander the leafy streets of downtown Nassau, soaking in stories and history from your local guide. Admire the colonial–era architecture and get a feel for the local culture. Your guide will also be able to share recommendations and tips for the rest of your trip.
You’ll conclude the tour with a satisfied belly and a new understanding of downtown Nassau and Bahamian cuisine.

Lisa was a fantastic host. Only one stop on the tour was similar to what I could do on my own, and even there, the tour got to enjoy a room with wonderful AC that wasn’t open to the general public. ???? Overall, the tour offered a fun and delicious selection of food and beverages that felt authentic to the island, and it was well paced. They seemed to do a great job accommodating dietary needs. I highly recommend this tour; it was one of my favorite experiences on this trip to Nassau.

So glad we took this tour! One of the highlights of our stay on Providence Island. Guide was excellent and food was delicious and plentiful. It was the perfect touch we needed to get a feel of Nassau. Highly recommend.
