Overview
Our transportation service from Passau to Munich is always private, despite if you are only 1 or 2 people, or a large group.

Driver was on time, friendly, and a safe driver. He was a safe driver through rain and snow. Vechicle was very clean.

Not totally up to expectations

The trip from Passau was uneventful and fine. Our driver Maria was congenial, professional and a delight. What wasn’t fine was operators back office. 2 days before our tour I notified ,email , the operator that due to flooding the normal access to the hotel was closed, and to be sure the driver knows how to get to the rear of the hotel ( not straightforward)…I was assured their drivers were very familiar with Passau, and no problem…Maria was never advised about road closure took her 30 minutes to figure out alternative route…kudos and thanks to her for persevering. Secondly the vehicle’s A/C was not working…settings were correct..no cold air
