Teresita was absolutely amazing!! She accommodated our special celebration and was very communicative before the trip. She was extremely knowledgeable about the culture, city, and people as we walked around and hit all the key spots. We loved Teresita!

Jana, my guide today exceeded any expectations I could have showing me her home town. Such a beautiful city, from Brrygen to the tram ride to overlook Bergen itself. I mentioned cheese and we when by the fish market to a cheese specialist and many purchases later to take home … vacuum packed I’m in heaven. Such a personable woman, it was my pleasure to see Bergen with Jana. Request her !!!

Our guide Teresita was great. History, modern culture of Norway, food, whatever you ask of her. We were three with a teen daughter abs it was the perfect amount of time before she got too bored. A little pricey but you get to design your own tour. Be warned that you still pay separately to ride to the mountain tops or enter the church. Fantastic and worth it to deepen your understanding of the place and country

This square featuring a lake and surrounded by museums is right in the city center. A beautiful and important space that will help you understand how the city is planned. It has an amazing view of the mountin Ulriken in the background.
A wide pedestrian avenue and the meeting-point for the people living in Bergen, this beautiful street was built after the great fire as a fire breaker, hence its width. Surrounded by shopping malls and cafes, this lively street will take you from the modern town to the old part of Bergen. There is a lot of historical landmarks along the way that will be explained.
Here you will see all the delicacies from the Norwegian fertile waters. You will be able to taste smoked whale meat and marinated salmon and see the huge king crabs in the water tanks.
It is a good spot for having dinner later in the evening as there are 4 restaurants inside the premises.
A unique site from the 13th century full of history. You have certainly seen pictures of this landmark in UNESCO's Heritage Site List, as it represents the image of Bergen.
This is, together with the Hall of Hakon, the oldest of all the buildings in Bergen. It has survived all of the fires that destroyed most parts of the city and has undergone many enlargements according to the different eras it has gone through.
A street with a lot of history. This street right behind Bryggen has many interesting stories, apart from a great view of the many times ignored back part of Bryggen, which shows another perspective of how the tenements were built in the 12th century. From here we will also go through a residential area with many narrow streets. Photogenic spot, with cobble stones and wooden houses, so typical of Bergen.
This part is optional. We can end the tour taking the 3-minute funicular ride to the top of this gorgeous mountain for incredible views of Bergen.
