After initially being disappointed that there was no option for spectator tickets for adults who didn’t want to ride I was happy with the amount of activities on offer inside for all to enjoy, however in our party was my son (12) who is not a fan of big rides and was too tall for the smaller rides which was frustrating. He went on the bumper boats, dodgems and ferris wheel and pirate swing boat so this averages €4.25 per ride. Myself however paid €17 to hold everyone’s phones and had a go on the dogems and ferris wheel. The shop had reasonably priced sweets, popcorn and drinks. The main reason for my positive review was how the staff helped us after my son experienced a near fainting episode on the pirate swing boat, he wanted to go on it despite my warnings and ended up almost passing out. When the ride stopped we got off and he had to lie down, he struggled to move and then vomited on the fairground floor. The staff quickly came to our aid bringing water, a towel to wet and place on his brow/back of neck. The cleaner was so efficient and one of the managers organised a wheel chair, sick bags and a taxi back to our hotel. Thank you wooland staff for recognising and helping us so efficiently.

Last time we visited a few years ago, you didn’t pay to go in - you just paid for the rides you wanted to go on. For us, the old system was better. Our 7 year old was too big for a lot of the rides but wasn’t big enough for others so he found it a bit boring. Likewise for my 15 year old, there weren’t really many options. We didn’t feel we got value for money. The best part was the street food area upstairs. This was packed as it was a Saturday night and there was a great atmosphere. The food was decent and reasonably priced. We would go again for food as this area is free to enter, but wouldn’t do the park again.

There wasn’t a wide range of rides available and they were too fast or too spinning. The bowling was good but it isn’t involved in the ticket you have to pay extra and there is only a small arcade.

Two rides broken and adults still have to pay even if supervising kids and not using rides. Expensive VR area and no rides for adults except rollercoaster which had queue for 20 minutes per ride.
