From the beautiful Maggiore square with its arched colonnades we can enter the San Petronio Basilica, dedicated to the patron saint of Bologna where you can take in its vastness.

We Will enter the stunning Saint Stefano Square to see the striking complex of monuments that the Bolognese call 'the seven churches'. In addition to this, St Petronius had an entire district built around the 'seven churches' in the image of Jerusalem and its sanctuaries.
