Interesting tour in Girona!

yohosmanl, Feb 2025

During our stay in Girona we took this walking tour on the first day, to learn about the city. Girona is very interesting, being a mix of Christian, Muslim and Jewish. The buildings are very old and still preserved in perfect condition. The squares are spacious and the weather is wonderful (currently cold but sunny).

Be Careful When Booking

What tour? Had only a day and a half in beautiful Girona and wasted the morning waiting for the tour operator to show, which he didn’t, no communication as to why either, I just gave up, terribly disappointing. Am waiting for the refund …

Beautiful day in Girona!

We spent only one day in Girona and this walking tour was the best way to do it. We started early in the morning and received so many advices for things to do after the tour and also some great recommendations to eat. It was a 10/10 experience!

Great tour very glad we did it

Christian was an excellent guide. He told us mini interesting facts about girona. He also had photographs of scenes from Game of Thrones, which he brought out at various points to show us where the shows were filmed. Christian was very knowledgeable and excited about the history of Girona and made our tour very interesting.
