Amazing

Ralph_R, Mar 2026

The meal, the staff, the views. Everyone and everything was amazing. The dinner was excellent and the champagne was great.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Dear Ralph, Thank you very much for your comment. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the food, the service, and the views. It was a pleasure to serve you, and we look forward to welcoming you again very soon. Kind regards, Paris City Vision

Nearly very good

andrewtU871AF, Mar 2026

Good fun. Great table right at the front of the boat. Food just OK. Ordered medium rare beef. Got nearly well done. Clean, well organized but watch out for the tip the waiter asks for at the end. I way overpaid. If it was not for the food and feeling rippled off by the waiter would be 5 stars for location and mood

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Dear Andrew, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the location, the atmosphere, and the table at the front of the boat. However, we are very sorry that the cooking of the beef was not as expected and that the situation with the tip made you feel uncomfortable. This is not the kind of experience we want for our guests. We take your comments very seriously and will share them with our team to improve both in the kitchen and in the clarity regarding service and tips. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a better experience. Kind regards, Paris City Vision

Great experience, a "MUST DO Dinner trip" while in Paris

d4BQvL4z, Mar 2026

Paris Seine River dinner cruise... "A MUST DO experience". Great! The boat was nice and with a good atmosphere, the crew was very nice, the whole trip was really good. The dinner was really good, quality of the food.. great. Also live music on board with a nice singer. Earlier that day we went down to the meeting point, to see by daylight how it looks and we found the kiosk selling the tickets. So we knew we were in the right place. The tickets supplied by the ticket office were without the name of the boat, which I think is really strange (but I am a logistics expert for over 45 years, I know shipping is about boats and details). But everythging was really nice arranged. At the evening of departure, the kiosk was welcoming us, our names were on the guest list, the crew welcomed us onbaord. PERFECT! The table was exact as advertised, at the windown, in the front of the ship. Nice and romantic. The dinner itself, the food, was delicious. The wines, which were excluded from the ticket prince, were all nice priced. The quality of the food was really good. We enjoyed out dinner, from "starter to desert!". And of course, you make fabulous photo's of Paris from the waterside. Do not worry about the onboard photographer, ridiculous expensive photo's, this should not be allowed. We choose the 1845h trip in March, meaning we had sunset at 19.00hrs. Then you really make fabulous photo's, in summer you must select the later sailing. This trip was not cheap, but worth every euro! We would do it again most certainly.

Very disappointed

Debbie_O, Mar 2026

Our cruise was scheduled for Friday evening. I received a notification the day prior that it was canceled due to weather. I wa able to reschedule for Sunday evening. Apparently sometime on Sunday they sent a message that the meeting point had been changed. We are tourists and wifi is not always available therefore we didn’t get the message! We waited at the original meeting point for a long time and then saw the message about the change. By that time it would have taken us to get there, approx 25 minutes, the boat had already left. Tried calling the help number but only got a recording in French! I sent an email but it wasn’t returned until the next day. I have requested a refund but as of today, Wednesday, no response. Very poor communication. I will not be booking again.

Itinerary

  • Musee d'Orsay

As your Seine river cruise glides gently along the water, one of the most striking landmarks you’ll pass is the magnificent Musée d'Orsay. Housed in a former Beaux-Arts railway station built for the 1900 World’s Fair, the museum stands proudly on the Left Bank, its grand façade reflecting beautifully in the river.

  • Louvre Museum

As your boat cruises along the Seine, you’ll pass one of Paris’s most iconic landmarks, the Louvre. Stretching elegantly along the Right Bank, the Louvre’s vast and ornate façade is a breathtaking sight from the water. Originally a royal palace, its architecture reflects centuries of French history, from medieval fortifications to classical grandeur.

  • Place de la Concorde

As you sail past the heart of Paris, the grand expanse of Place de la Concorde comes into view. Located at the eastern end of the Champs-Élysées, this historic square is one of the city's most impressive open spaces. From the Seine, you can see its elegant layout, framed by classical buildings, fountains, and the towering Luxor Obelisk, a 3,300-year-old gift from Egypt that rises proudly at the center.

  • Grand Palais

As your cruise continues along the Seine, the shimmering glass and steel dome of the Grand Palais comes into view. Nestled between the Champs-Élysées and the riverbank, this monumental structure is a masterpiece of Beaux-Arts architecture, built for the 1900 Exposition Universelle.

  • Eiffel Tower

No Seine river cruise is complete without the breathtaking moment when the Eiffel Tower comes into view. Rising gracefully above the city, this iconic iron structure stands as the ultimate symbol of Paris. Designed by Gustave Eiffel and completed in 1889 for the World’s Fair, the tower remains a marvel of engineering and elegance.

  • Pont d'Iena

As your boat approaches the Eiffel Tower, you’ll pass beneath the elegant Pont d’Iéna, one of Paris’s most iconic bridges. Commissioned by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1807 to commemorate his victory at the Battle of Jena, the bridge connects the Left Bank’s Champ de Mars with the Trocadéro Gardens on the Right Bank.

  • Statue de la Liberte

As your cruise winds its way down the Seine, you’ll spot a surprising and familiar figure—the Statue of Liberty. Standing proudly on the Île aux Cygnes, this smaller replica of New York’s famous monument is a symbol of the historic friendship between France and the United States.

  • Le Trocadero et son esplanade

As your boat glides past the Eiffel Tower, look across the Seine to the hilltop terraces of the Trocadéro. Set on the Right Bank, this elegant area offers one of the most iconic viewpoints in Paris. The centerpiece is the Palais de Chaillot, with its sweeping wings and grand columns framing the Eiffel Tower perfectly.

  • Conciergerie

As your boat sails past the Île de la Cité, the striking silhouette of the Conciergerie comes into view—one of Paris’s most impressive medieval landmarks. With its pointed towers, arched windows, and stone façade rising directly from the riverbank, it’s a powerful reminder of the city’s royal and revolutionary past.

  • Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris

As your boat glides past the Île de la Cité, the magnificent Notre-Dame Cathedral stands proudly restored, once again dominating the Paris skyline. After years of careful reconstruction, its iconic spire, towers, and flying buttresses are fully revealed in their former glory.
