Beautiful city of art and history. The exhibition by Federico Barocci is wonderful. Inns with good home cooking with great prices. Cute little shops to discover

This was a wonderful overview of Urbino. We learned a lot and enjoyed our guide’s knowledge of the area and willingness to answer all our questions. Additionally, we were traveling with my elderly parents and really appreciated our guide, Bianca, adjusting our tour to accommodate their slower pace and mobility requirements.

I stayed 1 night in Urbino to get a closer look. I was enchanted by the small town. It's actually a great university field. The historic center is wonderful.
This will be the starting point of the walk, just outside the city walls. From here you will see already the importance and the mightiness of the defensive system of the town.
This will be the most important highlight of the walk: the Ducal palace is home of the Marche National gallery, hosting some of the most important masterpieces of Raphael or other important painters. The building itself is a jewel of Renaissance architecture, one of the most important of the country. The guide will show you all the exteriors of this incredible palace.
The Cathedral of the city it's another important piece of art in this little town. The guide will show you the exteriors and, if open you will be able to visit the interiors too
While walking along Raffaello Street you will be able to see where the painter was born. The guide will take you through the life of this Italian art master
From this point of the city, you will have a great view on the town. Perfect spot for some pictures
