Absolutely loved our tasting at Singlefile. Good range of wines and they all tasted great. Our kids enjoyed exploring the grass area

We visited the winery on several occasions while spending a month in Denmark but the highlight was this curated tour of the vineyard and the tasting afterwards. We were fortunate that Trix (Tracey Whooley) led our tour. She grows vines herself and has first hand knowledge of the complexity of growing grapes, pruning and harvesting them. We started with a full glass of a delicious sparking white and had some chardonnay in the vineyard itself before we sat in a cellar and tasted a range of the wonderful wines made by Single File. We all learnt a great deal and we'll keep in touch with the vineyard and order more wine in the future from Single File

A beautiful winery and cellar to visit just 10 minutes from Denmark - a must visit. Set in picturesque rolling hills with giant Karri trees the cellar and grounds are excellent. Singlefile wines are consistently stunning from Riesling, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Cabernet along with others. There are a number of alternative ways to discover the wines. We were lucky to have the wonderful Sage take us on the Sense of Place tour - running us through the history, the soils and climate of the Great Southern regions and an outstanding tasting. We’ve been lucky enough to visit hundreds of cellars across the world, and can safely say this was top 5 - such was Sage’s depth of knowledge, her explanations and inspiring passion - a sensational visit we will remember forever !
