Overview
This visit of the city center will take place in the company of a local guide that will tell everything about our city: you will learn the historical events of Catania that makes Catania unique and we will illustrate the main monuments that have arisen over the centuries. You will pass by Piazza Duomo, proceeding your walking to Pescheria, our famous and folkloristic fish market. With a short stroll you will reach Castello Ursino, cultural symbol of the city during the Medieval age. Your guide will also lead you to Piazza San Francesco, passing by Piazza Dante, Via Gesuiti, Alessi steps, University square, Vincenzo Bellini square, San Placido square.

The time is right, although for what we should say, it could last even twice as long. Surely it is a fair compromise between time-price-information to begin to understand the vastness of history that surrounds Catania and that is not (although excellent) just food. Very prepared and engaging guide

Street food tour through Catania We had a great tour through Catania with tour guide Serena. We were able to try many delicious Sicilian specialties in various places. The tour of the fish market followed by a tasting of fried squid was sensational. Serena took us to many sights in the lively city and was able to tell us a lot of interesting things about the history and culture. A successful mix. The tour is highly recommended. Once again, a big thank you to Serena.
