Before this tour, I didn’t know much about Malaga beyond the beaches, but Luis showed us a side of the city I never expected... The historic center is full of life, and the mix of old and new makes it so special. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
Emblematic street of Malaga, meeting place for locals and tourists, a symbol of the city.
Outdoor only! Your guide will tell you from the outside the history of the city's cathedral, an incomplete cathedral.
The Alcazaba, completed in 1026 AD, stands as an imposing palace fortress. Beyond its significant military role, it played a crucial function in administration, serving as the governmental seat of the city.
Although dating back to the 1st century, this theater remained undiscovered by the people of Malaga until 1951, next to a public library called the House of Culture. With space for almost 1,200 individuals, the theater was a venue that hosted not only theatrical performances but also opera and even some public votes or referendums in the life of Malaga.
Only outdoor! We conclude our tour with another highly significant square in our city. This place also signifies the birth of arguably the most globally renowned Malagan of all time, Pablo Ruiz Picasso. In the painter's birthplace, we will share intriguing details about his life and work to wrap up our visit
