A wonderful overview of old town in Talinn. This is a whole day activity so do not plan anything else that day. Listen to your guide's recommendations for where to eat you will not be disappointed.

I greatly enjoyed the day trip from Helsinki to Tallinn. I appreciated the communication from the company, which kept me informed about how to obtain the tickets, how to reach the ferry terminal and meet the guide in Tallinn. It was all very well organized. Our guide Anastasia was wonderful, very friendly and excited about showing us her city. She was very knowledgeable and kept us interested. All in all, a great day.

Imagine my feeling when I went to go on my excursion and the ticket was not there! The operator later refunded my money but the day was wasted along with the cost if getting to the boat. Avoid this tour!

Dear Norma Thank you for your review. We are sorry that your experience was disappointing. Your booking was affected by a technical issue because the booking notification was not delivered to us correctly. As a result, we were not alerted to process the tickets in time. Once the issue became known, we immediately issued a full refund. We understand that this caused inconvenience. At the same time, our tickets are normally sent before the trip, and if they are not received in advance, guests are expected to contact us before departure. Had we been contacted when the tickets were still missing, we would have been able to notice the problem and resolve it before the trip. This was an unusual technical failure rather than the normal standard of our service, and we regret that it affected your booking.
