Our guide in Tallin was...

Mary_B, Apr 2026

Our guide in Tallin was wonderful. It was a nice small group. We enjoyed the small town and its history.

Good enough to understand and discover this beautiful old town.

It was a lovely experience. Our guide picked us from the Arrival terminal in Tallinn and explained many interesting facets about Estonia and its history. What started as a little bit of history lesson became very interesting when we saw the actual sites. Tallinn is just so gorgeous as a city. History preserved to the next level is how we felt it. The weather being sunny was an added advantage. I do feel that on more than 3 different occasions, we were told to buy local products. Either it was a walk through the shops or bathroom breaks in certain restaurants. That was not needed. But other than that, a very nice day spend in Tallinn.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Dear Gary, Thank you for your review and for visiting Tallinn with us. We are very pleased that you enjoyed the trip, the ferry, and the guide. It means a lot to us that you were happy with the overall experience. Regarding the short shop stops, they are always made with the best intentions. Our guides do not pressure guests to buy anything. They simply point out places where visitors can see authentic local products and, if they wish, take home something meaningful from Estonia. For many guests, this is a pleasant part of the visit. Especially in March, such stops can also be a practical opportunity to warm up, have a coffee, or use a toilet in the Old Town. Thank you again for your feedback, and we would be very happy to welcome you back to Tallinn. Best regards, Dmitry

Great day in Tallin

It’s a long day, but well worth it. Our guide was excellent. She was easy to find at the Tallin ferry port. She took us to the highlights of Tallin. Her explanations were very good. We had about 3 hours of free time to have and explore on our own. Wonderful day.
