This is a good less strenuous tour than several we’ve been on. The coach driver Isaac was amazing navigating through tight spaces in Zurich. Elisabeth the guide was well informed but a little bit over the top. The pitch for tips was a bit overt.

Excellent experience, a cultural brushstroke over Switzerland and Zurich in particular. Round tour, great guide, prepared and empathetic. Recommended 100%

It was an amazing and interesting trip and we enjoyed the it very much until the bus was broken before returning trip. We finally took the train back to the city. Our guide Las did great job during the emergency situation.

I would recommend not missing the cable car. The rest of the tour was kind of boring, as we were dropped off in town and too much free time on our own while the others were on the cable car.
Response from Host, Apr 2025
Dear Janet, Thank you very much for joining one of our city tours and for sharing your feedback with us. We regret to hear that you feel the tour was boring except for the gondola ride. The cable car is indeed one of the highlights of the tour, as the Felsenegg cable car is the only one in the canton of Zurich, however our guests really appreciate the walking tour in the old town as well as the ferry ride in the lake. Please note that for safety and capacity reasons, not all guests may be able to board the same cable car departure. In such cases, a short wait of around 10 minutes may be necessary for the next one. However, everyone still has enough time at the top to enjoy the panoramic views before returning to the city. We hope that you keep good memories from the excursion and look forward to welcoming you on another tour in the future. Best regards, Clara from Best of Switzerland Tours
