Worth it for the views, great for cruise passengers

Great half day excursion to see the lovely sights of the fjord for half the cost of the cruise ship option. The dock is less than 100m from where the ships tie up, and the ride is comfortable and well narrarated. Importantly, the toilet on board is clean, well scented (read: not stinky like a porto) and well stocked. Not all boats can claim this. I think it shows the attention to detail this team puts into everything they do, to make a great experience. Being a half day activity, there is plenty of time left for exploring the town too.

Beautiful waterfall but don’t try to hike it. There’s not enough time to do it! Just enjoy looking at it from the bottom.

Very nice excursion. Boat was clean and spacious and crew was very friendly. Snack bar was a nice surprise.

Since Viator does not tell patrons the name of the tour provider, we could not find them to set sail. Asked the Standkaein tourism desk and they couldn’t track them down with Viator webpage. Missed the excursion completely. Viator will give no refund even when we found out that they overcharged us by $125.
