Wow—thank you so much for the fantastic review! We're blushing brighter than a D.C. taxi in rush hour! We're thrilled to hear you had such a brilliant time with your super-friendly and informative local guide (we agree—they're a gem!). It means the world to us to know the tour hit all the right notes and left you with some unforgettable memories—and hopefully a few fun facts to impress your friends back home! Thanks a million for the high recommendation—it’s the kind of thing that makes us do a little happy dance (usually with a coffee in one hand and a map in the other). Wishing you many more great adventures, and we’d love to welcome you back any time you're in the neighborhood! Warmest wishes, The LetzGo City Tours Team

Purchased this tour well in advance only for it to be canceled the evening before. We decided to try and go to the theater on our own and found it was closed for the week. This is information the tour should’ve known in advance and given us more notice of the cancellation so that something else could’ve been scheduled.
Response from Host, Aug 2024
Hello, the tour did not operate as the Museum was closed for emergency repairs beyond our control. We contacted you with an alternative date but never heard back from you. The tour cost was refunded immediately to you. Best Regards,
