Booked a walking tour but this one was in English. Since we all don't speak English we wanted to rebook the tour. I got 100 emails before the tour. When I had the problem, no one came forward. Very poor service.

Ricardo or Ricky was my guide. The tour started off strange cause only 1 other person showed up, but 12 had signed up. I didn’t know that it was a free walking tour bc I had paid $25 for the walking tour. The other traveler did not want to pay for the tour, so I was worried that Ricky would cancel the whole tour. Ricky was gracious enough to take me on a solo tour. He was funny and well informed. Was grateful for his time as it was my last day in Germany.

We arranged our schedules around this tour and no guide came. A visit to the tourism office revealed that this is apparently a common occurrence. Viator refunded our fees, but we would much rather have had the tour or been given notice in time to look for an alternative. Our reservations should never have been accepted.

The operator would not return our messages. We were literally 7 minutes late. (Germann trains) We called the tour operator with no answer. We messaged the operator through the Viatour app of the tour asking to tell up where the group was so we can meet them. No return message. Worst customer service ever! We even contacted Viatour and they were not able to get ahold of the operator! Very Bad tour operator communication channel. We felt completely ignored and were not able to attend tour. Bad day in brugge.....do not recommend. No way to contact the tour operator, even in an emergency!
