Walking tour of Menton town centre, old town and graveyard, with panoramic views (option: visit the town's most incredible botanical park!
An unforgettable & unusual walk to discover the city centre's well-known & unknown monuments, with their diverse architectural styles with emphasis on fantasy & exoticism. We'll then get immerse in the Baroque splendours: maze of cobbled streets and narrow stairways in the splendid old town. Finally, let's admire panoramas from hilltop cemeteries (historic castle & memorial importance in World Wars & African combatants)
A poetic walk echoing our 5 senses to discover Menton (the well-named Pearl of the Côte d'Azur), the French capital of citrus fruits and lemons, and the sunniest town in France, nestling at the foot of the mountains and bathed by the Mediterranean. There will be plenty of opportunities to taste local products (specialities from Menton, citrus products, olive oils, etc.) and meet craftsmen (earthenware) or artists (painters).

Very good pizza. Good value for money. Very nice setting inside. The glasses of red or pink wine were not great.
William L, Feb 2025
Very nice town of Menton with its small streets, colorful houses and majestic old palaces. To discover during the lemon festival.
Jef-Jeannine, Feb 2025
Because of the festival du citron it was actually more than crowded enough and because of the giant security measures to visit the town quietly.

Fancied a day out of Nice and came across Menton. It's a beautiful town and I'm so pleased I booked this walking tour. Cyril was very friendly and knowledgeable, and our group had a brilliant afternoon together walking through the old town to the church and up to the graveyard to get amazing views across the town and sea over to Italy, and then the botanical gardens. We got to go into the city hall along the way and taste some local limoncello and olive oil. Time passed very quickly and I really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend to all visitors to Menton, you won't be disappointed, great tour and guide.
