I booked #GROWTH HAIR & NAIL STUDIO (Klerksdorp) for 3 consecutive days for wedding and pre-wedding functions, expecting a professional and pleasant experience. On the first day, the blow dry was not up to standard and I had to redo my hair myself before my event. On the second day, I politely showed Chantal (owner/stylist) a reference photo of how I wanted my hair styled (my own hair from a few weeks prior). Her response was shockingly rude and dismissive—she told me I should not tell her how to do her job and made it clear that client input was not welcome. She also told me I could cancel my third appointment if I was not happy. The interaction was so uncomfortable and unprofessional that I left with my hair half done. Despite this, I still paid for the service and chose not to return. When I mentioned leaving a review, I was told I could be taken to court, which I found extremely concerning and inappropriate. A salon should be a place where clients feel comfortable, respected, and leave feeling better than when they arrived. Unfortunately, the attitude, energy, and lack of basic customer care in this experience were deeply disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.

Very nice visit. The person in charge of the tour took the time to explain the different stages and the history of olive oil. Tasting at the end of the visit very pleasant.

Really a unique experience, beautiful estate, got a lot of information about olives and olive oil. Tasting was a bit simple, but nice olive oil.
