Underwhelming Experience

Overall, most employees were rather annoyed as a whole when we were only trying to understand how the entire experience worked. I would have enjoyed less busy buses as well. It was a nice way to see the city, but not worth the price in my opinion.
Best Way to See Barcelona!

What a great way to tour beautiful Barcelona! We opted to stay on the bus for an entire loop of the green route which took about an hour. We started at Sagrada Familia around 10am and had no line. Ear phones worked well. Recommend the upper deck for amazing views.

Very smooth flow and detailed explanation. Bus stops were easy to locate after getting off. Very safe for us especially traveling with kids.
Cold and skipped stops

We decided to use the bus to have a look round and went on the top as on the bottom you couldn’t really get a proper view of anything due too the dirty windows. The bus did not go to the Olympic stadium which was one of the more interesting things on the route. Also the headphones did not work in a lot of the seats and even in the one I sat in I could only hear out of one ear.

- The ticket needs to be used on a continuous timed basis, for instance, within the 24 or 48 consecutive hours. You can start at any of the listed stops
- In case of Catamaran cruise cancellation due to meteorological causes, an alternative day will be offered to the client, if this is not possible, a partial amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- The duration of the Barcelona City Tour 48h ticket, must be consecutive and the catamaran will take place on the first day of service.
- From 07 January to 3 March 2025, the catamaran experience will take place on a charming wooden sailing boat.
- It is essential to wear comfortable shoes.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that the catamaran schedules are informative and subject to availability.
- Audio system adapted for people with auditory disabilities (multilingual looping system). Through this system, passengers will be able to listen to audio through your headphones without the need for wires. Seats that have this system are signaled and passengers who need the system to hear the audio will have priority.
- Remember that pets are only allowed if they are transported in a basket suitably prepared.
