COMPLETE FAILURE. They ABANDONED me

COMPLETE FAILURE. I booked and paid for their service from Quepos to San Jose 2 weeks in advance and they contacted me the night before I needed it at 9 PM and canceled it. I had to scramble on the Internet to get another shuttle to catch an International flight from San Jose and I got lucky with Bookaway, even though it cost more. Their rep, Dagmar, WOULD NOT give me a reason for canceling. NEVER AGAIN.

Easy ride in a comfortable van. Viator site was broken so we couldn't book pickup or drop off, but the company got it handled for us.
