Terrible meeting point instructions

My rating is not for the tour; it is for the instructions at the meeting point, which are terrible. If you hit the link provided by TripAdvisor, you will end up in another place. Then, the tour organizer contacted me to reschedule, but they never added me to the list, and then they canceled because there were not enough people. I never knew this. I may recover my 7 euros after expending more than $25 in taxis to get there on two occasions… terrible.
No Show / waste of time and money

The guide never showed up. We tried texting the company on the app but nobody ever replied or picked up the phone. No emails, no refunds, no nothing. Total waste of time and disappointment. Luckily another guide from another company was near by and we jumped on her Gaudi tour which was very good. She told us this company are no show half the time and often leave disappointed customers on the street. chose anything else. Avoid this scam.
