Great tour! Just 3 people in the group I was in, so we were able to take our time and ask many questions. The guide is a retired architect who has worked at the sites and knows a lot about the methods and history. She speaks English well and gave in depth and interesting explanations of the architectural sites in verona.

Tour guides were the archeologists that dug the sites. They are very knowledgeable. Able to see Roman and medieval sites up close.

This was one of the most interesting and engaging tours I've ever done. It was led by two retired archaeologists, who excavated one of the sites we visited. They were so enthusiastic and keen to share their experiences. They also explained clearly, and using illustrations, what the ruins/sites told us about the history of the city and its people. Plus, happily pointed out areas of interest as we walked between the two sites. Thank you both for a fascinating tour.
