Viator has too many layers to be effective. I trusted them to consider all options to control my experience however, they made it difficult and generated stress. Communication was horrible. I will never use this program again. We felt stranded.

Our guide Lucie was great. We were 4 adults and had a fantastic 2 hour walking tour thru the streets of Monte Carlo, ending at the castle. Would do it again.
