Great fpr families

We had Cesar as our tour guide with our family of 4 (kids aged 13 and 8). He tried to engage them as much as possible. He personalized the tour for us, and he took us to places not frequently seen by tourists. He gave us recommendations for places to go. We loved this tour and would recommend it to anyone looking for a short tour.

So we booked a guide for a private tour of Palma. 30 minutes before are meeting time he messaged saying he had a problem. We waited for more information ! Nothing... We did the tour ourselves 2 hours later he offered to rebook or cancel. Terrible service do not book with this company, we have now got to try and get our money back.

Booked in advance, able to select which guide you wanted, so glad we chose Adriana. She was so knowledgeable, explained many points of interest in and around the old town. I would recommend this method of learning a bit about a new place you are visiting, we always now head for a walking tour of any city we visit. She was very engaging and such a lovely friendly person to spend 3 or so hours of our city break with. Thanks Adriana x
