Not a good guide...

We purchased the Sao Paulo Audio tour and used it over two days on our recent visit to Brazil. There are two fundamental problems with the guide: technological & content. On the day the guide started, we were emailed sent a link to the audio as promised. After about an hour of trying to make it work along with a call to TripAdvisor, the company texted a new link. It worked and we were finally able to get going. We had purchased two guides, and I assumed correctly that I only needed to forward the link to my wife so she could listen. Second, the content is not a guided tour. Instead, there are two people bantering back and forth about each site. Their content sounds as though it was written by the chamber of commerce and at times we wondered if they had ever even been to Sao Paulo. We could have learned as much or more just by reading Wikipedia. Since it did not guide us around the buildings, we were left to wonder around and guess what we were looking at. Fortunately, it did not cost very much.
