Great cruise excursion

What a fantastic excursion. Though we did not snorkel, we did swim in the crystal blue waters. We stopped at 2 spots to snorkel then cruised up the island to another beach to swim and eat lunch. The food served by the staff was top notch and the drinks were free flowing. The staff was very very accommodating and they were quick to refill empty glasses. Boat was extremely comfortable with inside and outside seating. Staff, food and drink outstanding. One of the best cruise excursions we have ever been on.

Unacceptable/never shows

Tour operator never showed up. Viator should not allow this company (Cool Runnings) to be associated with them! We waited an hour with many calls. They claim I never set pick up point but I have all the texts/emails as props I did!

Cool Runnings is great but Viator confirmed a booking that the local company owner wasn’t aware of! Therefore I paid for a catamaran as the end to an amazing holiday that was utterly ruined as it didn’t take place. All I need now is my refund in full after ruining my friend and my daughters last day in the island.
