Fascinating sights, misleading title

First I want to say that Kutna Hora was fascinating and I would 100% recommend a visit. It was worth the trip and I would do it again, just not with this company. What I had an issue with was that there was no guide, just a driver. Normally when I book a private trip, a guide is provided. I think that the description was misleading and should have specifically mentioned that it was self-guided. In addition, the driver had very little background knowledge of Kutna Hora and the surrounding area. He didn't know that all the entry fees were included in the price that I had already paid and had no money on him, so I had to pay everything again. He also didn't know all the attractions that I was scheduled to see and we had to backtrack.The entire day was very disorganized.

I feel sorry for your bad experience with our services, a description of the tour is describing our round-trip tour with a professional chauffeur and licensed guide. In addition, we offer "lite" options for our tour which includes only round-trip with our professional driver (an option you booked). During reservation, this "lite" option is described as a "Private Day trip with own itinerary ( Driver recommendations)". A full option is described as a "Private Day trip for 1-2 pax. with professional guide". About entry fees you are right, they are included in the price of the tour ( All options ) and thanks to your feedback, we will not make this mistake with the future bookings. We would be more than happy to refund you amount spend on entry tickets. Unfortunately, we didn´t get a chance to do that as the company didn´t receive any email/ call from you. Our driver was very nice & friendly. The car was exactly what it was suppose to be. We did the program we wanted to do at the Speed we wanted to do. Even if we didn’t take the guide, our driver gave us a few explications on the way there. The driver found us a very nice local place for the lunch. The price was reasonable for the service. Nothing to complain about They are very professional !

The Church of the Assumption of Our Lady and Saint John the Baptist is a Gothic and Baroque Gothic church north-east of Kutná Hora in the Czech Republic and is listed in the UNESCO World Heritage List together with the Church of St. Barbara and other monuments in Kutná Hora. It is one of the most important Czech Gothic buildings built in the time of the very last Přemyslids and also a very important and one of the oldest examples of the Baroque Gothic style.

The Sedlec Ossuary is a small Roman Catholic chapel, located beneath the Cemetery Church of All Saints, part of the former Sedlec Abbey in Sedlec, a suburb of Kutná Hora in the Czech Republic. The ossuary is estimated to contain the skeletons of between 40,000 and 70,000 people, whose bones have, in many cases, been artistically arranged to form decorations and furnishings for the chapel. The ossuary is among the most visited tourist attractions of the Czech Republic - attracting over 200,000 visitors annually.

The Italian Court is a palace in Kutná Hora. Originally, it was the seat of the Central Mint of Prague; it was named after the Italian experts who were at the forefront of the minting reform. The main area of the mint consisted of coin-makers-workshops, or Smithies, which were located around the courtyard, and the minting chamber, called “Preghaus”, where the Prague groschen were struck. After its reconstruction at the end of the 14th century, the Italian Court became a part-time royal residence.

St Barbara is the patron saint of miners (among others), which was highly appropriate for a town whose wealth was based entirely upon its silver mines.
