Arrived in Livorno to find out that the bus wasn't running because of engine trouble. Have requested a refund, which I hope will be forthcoming. Did a lovely canal cruise instead!!

We loved Livorno, but there was only one Hop On Hop Off bus available for the tourists. There were long waits at each stop. The tour was good, if you had patience at the stop!

Terrific Driver. Very well organized. Clean, comfortable Bus. Great itinerary. Excellent narration in English. Very good musical interludes. Fine itinerary, with the best stop in Montero - especially the funicular ride to the top and back.

The people running it were very nice And helpful. It was like serendipity. Every time we looked for a bus it was there. When we got up to the Funicula it was there. It definitely saved us a lot of steps.
