    • Create an account on the [Airalo website](www.airalo.com) or app
    • Click 'Airmoney and Membership' in the top right-hand corner
    • Enter your voucher code in the 'Redeem Voucher' field. You can find this code right below the QR code on your digital Tiqets voucher
    • The eSIM purchased will be added to your account
    • You will be able to find the eSIM by clicking 'View My eSIMs'
    • Install the eSIM on your mobile device by following the installation instructions on the app. You can do this prior to arrival in Asia
    • Once you reach your destination, activate your eSIM by following the activation instructions on the app
    • No cancellations or refunds are allowed
    • If you encounter any troubles activating the eSIM product, please contact partner.support@airalo.com
    • If you are using this eSIM in more than one destination, turn off "Limit IP Address Tracking" and turn on "Data Roamiing" from the cellular settings on your smartphone when you reach your next destination. This allows the eSIM to disconnect from its previous network and connect with the local network
