Overview

"I am Babel, the sinner, the monster among the cities.

Even Sodom and Gomorrah weren't half as corrupt

not half as miserable as me! Just walk in, ladies and gentlemen,

Things are going high for me, or rather, everything is going haywire. Berlin nightlife, boy-boy, the world has something like that

not seen yet! We used to have an army, now we have great perversities! More vices and more! Colossal selection! Something's going on! You have to see it!” - so Klaus Mann wrote in Turning Point in 1953. It couldn't have been put more accurately. Gigantic amusement temples, the dance sensation Josephine Baker, coke and prostitution - from 1918 onwards, Berlin had the craziest nightlife in the world

Attention Trap: City tour cancelled without full refund

michaelpT9630IN, Sept 2025

Attention Trap: In our case, the guided tour was also cancelled about an hour before the start without justification when we were already on our way to the meeting point. The ticket price has not yet been fully refunded despite cancellation, Eventim withholds a service fee from the ticket price.

Beware of last minute cancellations

U8108NSmarcm, May 2025

Unfortunately, this event was cancelled two Sundays in a row just 2 hours before it should start. This leaves me alone with the.complicated refund process of evetim, typing in manually 20 digit ticket numbers. No direct communication from the event organisation. No excuse. This is not the business behavior I expect.

Highly recommended

A lot of information about Berlin and sometimes to get to know a different side and perspective. The guide was really very good . I can highly recommend the tour
