Unreliable Booking Experience – No Response or Refund

I booked the helicopter flight for Sunday, April 13 at 3 PM based on my availability. I was later informed that I couldn’t proceed because I was the only one booked at that time, and a minimum of three people per flight was required—something that was not stated at the time of booking. After that, I was asked to provide alternative availability. Since I had a flight out on Tuesday, the only other option I had was Monday. I was told I’d be placed on a waitlist for that day. I never received a follow-up or confirmation on Monday. I reached out to request a refund, but I haven’t received any response since. I have proof of all the message exchanges between myself and the company. Please let me know how this will be resolved. I’d appreciate a prompt response.

Highly recommended! We flew around Christ the Redeemer and saw Rio's main beaches. The flight takes 10 min but it was not worth it!
Great experience, but massively overpriced—book directly for a much better deal!

Do NOT book this in advance if you care about value. The exact same helicopter experience can be arranged easily and locally in Rio for 50% less—and for this listed price, you’d get a longer, better flight (around 25 minutes instead of just 7!). Unless you’re happy paying 50% extra for only 7 minutes, book directly with Helisight or another local provider when you arrive or directly on their own site. The fair price for this experience is around £75 per person, which is what you’ll get by booking directly/locally. The flight itself is fantastic, but at this price, it’s objectively not worth it. Save your money and book smart!
