- Once you have entered the castle complex, show your ticket to the tour operator's representative in front of the main entrance of St. Vitus Cathedral in the castle
- The representative will be holding an open blue and white umbrella and will wait a maximum of 10 minutes
- You cannot be late - otherwise your ticket will not be validated and will not allow access inside the locations

- The best way to access the castle is by using the side entrance, which is a 10-minute walk from the Malostranská metro station. Make sure to arrive at the castle 45 minutes before your timeslot to go through the security check with plenty of time
- Remember that you will need to have a tram ticket already purchased (per person) or choose to walk up to the castle
