Showed up late and after I had left meeting point. Did not call to say they would be like, which would have been acceptable. Did not answer my phone call when i tried to find out their status. When they finally called, they offered to meet up at another location which would have been about 30 minutes later totalling just over an hour of a 3 hour tour. Said they ran late because they came from Milan. I also came from Milan and was on time. Requested a refund.

A big thank you for Francesco and his amazing knowledge and enthusiasm sharing this with us during the city walk. We have enjoyed Verona the city much more because of walking with him. The city and it’s history is great and the passion from Francesko for both was excellent. We have enjoyed everything! Thanks for showing us your great city!
Verona is a beautiful and romantic city, a prosperous medieval town in its own and a popular tourist destination.
You tour starts near the Roman Theatre, one of the most important reminders of the Roman history of the city. From here your friendly professional guide will walk you through the narrow medieval streets of the city, savoring the atmosphere of Verona’s many piazzas, before arriving at the famous Juliet’s House.
You will see the famous balcony and take a picture with the statue of Romeo’s beloved girl.
Your walk continues to the ancient Roman Arena. This impressive building still hosts concerts and operas during the summer, and you will walk on his two-thousands years old stones while your guide will tell you all the secrets of this marvel of roman engineering.
The tour ends in Piazza Bra, Verona’s main square. Before leaving, your guide will give you the best insider tips for a typical lunch or on how to find the best gelato in tour.
