Josh was knowledgeable, respectful, and very kind throughout the tour. He presented the information clearly and professionally, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. Although we were disappointed that we could not enter the White House, we encourage the tour organizers to make that detail clearer ahead of time. That said, Josh handled everything professionally and still made the tour worthwhile. We highly recommend Josh to anyone interested in taking this tour.

White House not available to get close to see due to renovations, company needs to be transparent about that, very disappointed people on our tour. Description is misleading. Your guide Josh was very good and apologetic about the White House portion
