For those who purchase the option with the Archiginnasio tour, the visit will be carried out in the afternoon, while the group tour of the city of Bologna remains departing in the morning. Availability permitting, if you have special time requirements please specify in the requests which slot you prefer (14 : 10 or 17 : 00).

Disappointed by organisation by Viator

I would love to be able to give a post review of this tour but, despite being at the meeting place 15 mins before the start time, none of the guides had me on their list and denied me participation. This wasn’t helped by me not receiving details of the actual tour company from Viator and no phone number to contact either. I emailed Viator 10 mins after the start time had passed but obviously it was too late and anyway I didn’t get an immediate response. Viator have declined to refund my payment even though I didn’t not receive the service I paid for.

Maurizio was very knowledgeable and had so much to say. We covered as much as we could could in a limited time. The tickets for the Archiginassio weren’t provided at the start so we had to contact the tour operator to find out what the plan was. They said we could meet them there at 5pm.
