- Prague Castle complex is a Presidential office; certain buildings may be closed for operational or state-ceremonial reasons
- Change of opening hours may occur due to operational or state-ceremonial reasons
- Refunds will not be issued during such partial closures or due to change of opening hours
- Please kindly note that the access to the Historical Buildings inside the Prague Castle is different from the opening hours of the exterior complex of the Prague Castle
- Meet the representative holding a blue and white umbrella near the St. Vitus Cathedral to pick up your tickets (III. nádvoří 48/2 119 01 Praha 1)
- Then you'll proceed directly to Prague Castle Circuit B. This route covers the castle interiors, the Old Royal Palace, St. George's Basilica, Golden Lane, and St. Vitus Cathedral
- Please be on time. The representative will hold the ticket for max. of 15 minutes after the starting time and will provide a brief presentation about the castle at the time of your selected timeslot
- How to get there by public transportation: Tram: 22. Stop: Pražský hard. Turn left and in 5 minutes you reach the 2nd Courtyard of Prague Castle
- The ticket is valid for two consecutive days, including the day you receive your ticket
