During September and October, particularly around the Independent Czechoslovak State Day (Czech Independence Day), some buildings within the Prague Castle can be closed for operational and ceremonial reasons, such as the annual Crown Jewel Exhibition and award ceremony.

- Change of opening hours may occur due to operational or state-ceremonial reasons
- Refunds will not be issued during such partial closures or due to change of opening hours
- Please kindly note that the access to the Historical Buildings inside the Prague Castle is different from the opening hours of the exterior complex of the Prague Castle
- Meet the representative holding a blue and white umbrella directly next to the obelisk at the Prague Castle, which is next to the St. Vitus Cathedral
- Show your mobile voucher to the representative to receive the entry ticket
- Please be on time. The representative will hold the ticket for max. of 15 minutes after the starting time and will provide a brief presentation about the castle at the time of your selected timeslot
- How to get there by public transportation: Tram - 22; Stop - Pražský hard; Turn left, and in 5 minutes you reach the 2nd courtyard of Prague Castle
- The ticket is valid for two consecutive days, including the day you receive your ticket
