1st This was our 1st tour in CDMX called to reschedule since it was raining no answer or unable to leave a message. 2nd it rained that day and we where waiting 30 minutes prior time and no one showed up to pick us up. we waited 30 minutes after the scheduled time so we left. 3rd I called both numbers to communicate if tour was on and no one ever answered my calls. very poor service for no one to answer my calls or for them to call me to communicate what the man was wearing to locate him or if he had a sign nothing.

We enjoyed our nighttime walk and really appreciated the sights and sounds of the heart of Mexico City. Carlos was an informative guide who worked hard to keep both language groups engaged!

Our second booking with Amigo tours and our second time getting Alexa — she is the best!! Not only does she carry photos, a whiteboard, historical info galore, she is the most inventive & hilarious storyteller with the most delightful details. We had a bad thunderstorm JUST as we began but it did not deter her enthusiasm or commitment. We walked through the rain to every location and truly enjoyed her narration. You wont regret the tour anyway but if you get Alexa, consider it a lottery win!

Had a great experience with Bernardo! The history and architecturale information was excellent. Although it was an english tour, it was a nice surprise that he was also fluent in French as we were. Merci beaucoup!
