This one will make you appreciate, like a good wine: Bordeaux, a city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007. There is nothing like sailing in the port of La Lune to make you discover its beauties and its history.
You will board close to the water mirror and enjoy the wonderful spectacle of the most illustrious monuments and bridges in the city.
While you are fully enjoying your getaway on the river of the sleeping beauty, a canelé and a glass of Bordeaux wine 12,5cl will be offered on board.
A bar is at your disposal throughout the cruise, the boat is air conditioned.

The hostess was friendly and open to questions. She spoke clearly in both French and English. The tour is advertised as 1.5 hours,, but it was just over 1 hour, which really was enough. The wine was fine and the cruise was a nice way to relax after walking around Bordeaux.

Fabulous boat tour along the Garonne. Get to see the beautiful city of Bordeaux from a different perspective. Very informative guide, extremely knowledgeable and an incredible linguist, switching seamlessly between French and English. Very impressive ????. I highly recommend this experience.

The square is composed of an esplanade descending gently towards the Garonne and surrounded by planted walks. There are the monumental statues of Montaigne and Montesquieu by sculptor Dominique Fortuné Maggesi in white marble, which were placed there in 1858.
The Aquitaine Bridge is a suspension bridge located on the Bordeaux ring road, in the Gironde department and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. It connects the towns of Lormont and Bordeaux over the Garonne. The bridge was completed in 1967 and has a span of 394 m for a length of 1,767 m. It is the last bridge over the Garonne before its estuary, the Gironde, and the Atlantic Ocean.
The original gate was located in the 14th century rampart. It was replaced by the current monument, built closer to the Garonne.
