Great experience for history and true crime lovers. Be prepared to walk fast so wear comfortable shoes. Get there early to find street parking. However, once the tour starts, you will be engaged and will not want it to end.

Captain Jack was our tour guide and he gave us nothing short of a great time. His storytelling is very elaborate and he takes you along the journey with him by even pointing out the exact rooms within the location you are at. He shared his own personal experiences and even some photos of the people he was talking about, further confirming the accuracy of his tour. He answers all questions to the best of his ability, he’s very charming, engaging, and really wants you to have a good time. Thank you Captain Jack for a great time!
The tour begins and ends outside this iconic restaurant, made famous by "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil."
Corson Mansion - Dr. Eugene Corson is widely regarded as one of the early pioneers of X-ray technology, with many insisting he's still home.
One of the city's most infamous mansions, this architectural wonder seems to have a fondness for haunting tragedies.
Old Candler Hospital - Georgia's first hospital tended to generations of its own citizens and is shrouded in tales of those who never left.
Espy House - Amidst the shadows of the prohibition era, a prominent judicial family grapples with crime, corruption, and murder.
This original square serves as a chilling reminder that Savannah is unquestionably a city built on top of its dead.
True accounts compel us to look beyond this home's unfounded folklore to ask, what really happened inside the house?
