ESCAPE THE SUMMER HEAT INTO A COOL CAVE!
Please, relax and enjoy our trip from the center of Alicante province in a comfortable car. While you are being driven for about 20-30 minutes you can enjoy the beautiful mountain views and surroundings.
The highlight of our trip is the guided visit to the Canelobre Caves located at 700 meters above altitude in the Upper Jurassic limestone (145 million years old). Exploring the Canelobre Caves, one of the main tourist attractions in Alicante, you will discover impressive stalactites, stalagmites, and columns. You will learn how water and rock have given rise to these forms, where the name of the cave comes from, what the word "Canelobre" means, and how this place was used during the Spanish Civil War.
As a bonus, we will visit the historical center of the authentic village of Busot with a lot of musical instruments gathered from all over the world in the Ethnic Music Museum and Castle Busot.

Great experience

A last-minute visit with absolutely no regrets! A lovely little break in a relaxed and intimate setting. The tour is absolutely worth it, and Yevgen is fantastic and very thoughtful (booster seat and child seat provided). We learned so much about Alicante, the surrounding area, and of course the Canelobre Caves. I definitely recommend it, much more comfortable than renting a car and joining a big group for a standard tour. With Yevgen, there’s no waiting around, he’s your guide from start to finish, making the whole experience smooth, personal, and engaging. Thank you, Yevgen!

We had a fantastic time with Yevgen, he was a lovely and accommodating to our group and made us feel very welcome. He drove us out to the caves and gave us a wonderful tour of the sights along the way. At the caves he was an insightful guide and explained a lot about the process of the development of stalgmites and stalactities. It was a lot of fun looking with him for images in the cave structures that reminded me of the fun you have as a child looking up at the clouds. He took us on a tour to Buscot next where we had a lot of fun seeing many instruments I never knew existed at the music museum which finished with a quirky show the owner of the museum put together. We had time at the end for a wonder through the quaint town as well as the baeutiful church where again Yevgen explained the local history and made us feel very welcome. The car was air conditioned throughout and we were given complimentary water bottles on the way back. Really interesting way to spend an afternoon on holiday in alicante, highly recommend. Thanks Yevgen :)
